Although a daemon, Rokurou doesn't have any true "supernatural" powers as all of his skills come from what he trained when he used to be human. He's an expert swordsman, capable of using both dual short swords and the greatsword. However, due to his upbringing and personal preference, he mainly fights with the dual short swords and reserves the greatsword for more punishing moves and finishers. He can also perform more elemental focused hidden artes call "Form Seals." These involve moving his blades in certain formations to activate the arte rather than attacking directly. It's just as quick and instantaneous, with the more advanced artes being stronger than his direct, physical sword artes.
Because of the style, he is very agile and quick on his feet, capable of crossing distances in a short amount of time, sometimes even seeming to "teleport." He signature moves involve countering, where he'll change stance so that he can parry and appear behind his opponent for the counter attack. This can allow him to chain more attacks which can eventually lead to some of his more powerful Mystic Artes.
Because trying to make game mechanics work against foes that aren't just mindlessly attacking, some liberties are going to be taken for RP purposes. For instance, to perform a Mystic Arte he'll need to chain a lot of attacks to kind of work up to it. I'll try to work the stance in but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

martial artes
⋗ Bone Breaker: thrust his right-hand dagger at his opponent. Has a chance to "Stun" target foe. Effective against: apodus foes.

⋗ Crimson Flash: depending on direction, either strike his right-hand short sword downward or to the right, or his left-hand short sword to the left. Has a chance to drain the target's HP.

⋗ Mowing Blade: first slashes his right-hand short sword to the left, then jumps backward as he slashes his left-hand short sword to the right. Has a chance to inflict the "Paralysis" status ailment. Effective against: beasts.

⋗ Hurricane Thrust: swiftly closes in on the foe with a twisting thrust that creates a vacuum. Has a chance to reduce target's Focus and chance to "Stun." Effective against: armored foes. (Shares with a butt ton of Tales swordsmen)

⋗ Shockwave Slash: rends the earth by slashing his blade to the left, igniting the velocity of their swing with glowing red and yellow energy while emitting orange particles. Has a chance to reduce target's P.DEF and chance to "Stun." Effective against: undead. (Shares with ToG Asbel)

⋗ Smokescreen Assault: strikes his left-hand short sword to the left, then dashes to the right while slashing his right-hand short sword in that direction while also conjuring a smokescreen upon his enemy. Has a chance to "Stun" target foe and chance to reduce the target's A.DEF. Effective against: demihumans.

⋗ Concealed Blade: performs a front-flip, first striking his opponent with his left foot, then slashes his short swords downward, damaging the enemy. Has a high chance to "Stun" target foe and chance to reduce the target's P.ATK. Effective against: amorphous foes.

⋗ Armor Crusher: thrusts his right-hand short sword forward, then strikes the target with his left-hand short sword, the force of the blow pushing him away from his opponent. Has a high chance (75%) to "Stun" and knockdown the target foe. Effective against: armored foes.

⋗ Shooting Star: leaps into the air, his short swords drawn above him, then crushes his enemy, striking the target with his weapons. He performs this move two more times, each time "teleporting" further away from his opponent. Has a high chance (75%) to "Stun." Effective against: amorphous foes.

⋗ Jade Wave: slashes his right-hand short sword to the right, also dashing in that direction, emitting three horizontal green cuts on the enemy and small, angled wind pillars behind him in three rows. Has a chance to drain the target's HP. Effective against: undead.

⋗ Mirage Dance: charges at his opponent then briefly disappears, appearing a moment later in front of his target. He then slashes his enemy with his weapons and jumps back. Has a very high chance (90%) to "Stun" target foe. Effective against: fiends.

⋗ Double Haze: first charges at his opponent, thrusting his right-hand short sword at his enemy, then charges once again, thrusting his left-hand short sword at his enemy and appearing behind it. Has a chance to recover SG. Effective against: beasts.

⋗ Infernal Bloom: slashes to the left, then diagonally forward to the right, and then to the left again, all strikes accompanied by a trail of fire. Has a very high chance (90%) to "Stun" target foe. Effective against: undead. (Shares with ToZ Rose as Deathblooms)

⋗ Orochi's fury: performs a series of quick, short-sword slashes, then performs a clockwise spin in the air, following with a diagonal downward slash to the right with his left-hand short sword, and finishing with striking his right-hand short sword upward, conjuring a whirlwind upon his opponent. Has a very high chance (90%) to "Stun" target foe. Effective against: apodus foes.

⋗ Form 1: Fire Burst: slashes his right-hand short sword to the right, then crosses his weapons in front of him, conjuring a ball of fire upon his target that he makes explode by throwing his right hand forward. Has a chance to inflict the "Burn" status ailment.

⋗ Form 2: Imbue Earth: reverses grip on his short swords, then impales them into the ground, leaving a seal of earth. Any enemy that touches the seal causes an explosion from the ground. Has a chance to inflict the "Slow" status ailment.

⋗ Form 3: Water Hammer: first slashes his right-hand short sword diagonally downward to the left, then his left-hand short sword diagonally downward to the right, conjuring several water lines upon his enemy. Has a chance to inflict the "Poison" status ailment.

⋗ Form 4: Cyclone Dart: first slashes his left-hand short sword downward, then his right-hand short sword slightly diagonally downward to the left and diagonally upward to the right, each strike followed by an arc of green wind. Has a chance to inflict the "Fatigue" status ailment.

⋗ Form 5: Scatterburst: faces his enemy with his right side while crouching, then strikes his opponent with his right-hand short sword, releasing a burst of purple energy upon his foe. Has a decent chance to inflict the "Poison" status ailment.

⋗ Form 6: Dark Vortex: waves a downward crescent to the right with his right-hand short sword, conjuring a burst of violet mist upon his target while also drawing his weapon behind him, above his head. Has a decent chance to inflict the "Slow" status ailment.

⋗ Form 7: Rapid Bolt: draws his short swords behind his back while conjuring several white spheres around him in the shape of the Big Dipper. He then charges at his opponent resulting in the spheres doing the same while emitting electricity. Has a chance higher to inflict the "Fatigue" status ailment.

⋗ Form 8: Magma Tower: performs a back-flip while leaping forward. In midair, he opens his arms, conjuring two pillars of fire behind him, and lands behind his opponent. Has a higher chance to inflict the "Burn" status ailment.

⋗ Vengeful Stance: brings both swords in front and enters a counterattack stance. If attacked, he will counter with either Vengeful Punishment or Vengeful Scourge. (Shares with ToG Solomus as Karmic Resonance)

⋗ Vengeful Punishment: upon receiving an attack while using Vengeful Stance, Rokurou teleports behind the attacking enemy while creating a cyclone on the target's location, knocking them down. He then automatically changes target to the attacking enemy upon execution. Effective against: fiends.

⋗ Vengeful Scourge: upon receiving an attack while using Vengeful Stance after a successful Vengeful Punishment, Rokurou teleports behind his enemy while creating a quake at the target's location, knocking them down. Rokurou must not be staggered between each counter to perform this Break Soul, and he automatically changes target to the attacking enemy upon execution. Effective against: fiends.

⋗ Vengeful Retribution: unsheathes his blade "Stormquell" and performs an overhead slash to cut his enemy in two. Can only be performed right after a successful Vengeful Scourge. Effective against: Persons.

⋗ Vengeful Chain: all four stances chained together to lead up to Rokurou's third mystic arte, Form 9: Final Judgment.

⋗ Form 0: Sunder: dashes toward his targeted enemy and slashes them upward with his left sword to lift them into the air. Swiftly turning around, he thrusts his right sword at the enemy and releases a powerful black beam to send them away.

"Killing flash! When I'm this close, I won't miss! Form 0: Sunder!"
⋗ Rangetsu Heron: slashes his target three times and performs a back-flip. He then throws one of his blades as a spinning projectile to slash the enemy and returns back to slash the enemy once more. Finally, he performs one single slash before finishing his enemies with a cross-slash. (Reference to ToZ Rose's Jade Luminescence)

⋗ Form 9: Final Judgment: unsheathes his great sword and dashes toward the enemy. The screen becomes silhouetted as Rokurou slashes the enemy eight times, each one leaving an ink-like effect. Rokurou then sheathes his blade with his back turned to the enemy, and they are slashed a final time
