[Ah, the sound of Arian coming on up to say hello catches her attention, and so when he dismounts and comes toward her, she just smiles brightly.]

I don't know what you mean, Rokurou. Why would I think I'm cute?

[Arian will do his usual, "Pet me pet me!" head bump while Rokurou just sits down next to her.]

I have a lot of reasons, actually, but in this case your little "coy, innocent" act is one of them.

[And he does have his sword so she'll be able to see that little charm still dangling from the hilt, along with the one Trunks had made him that he's repaired and reattached.]

[And pet Arian she will, because who can resist such a cute good boy who is happy to see her?! But before she does that, indeed she had been making a flower crown and it's placed on Rokurou's head with a bright smile. He can't say no to a cute smile, can he?]

[She sees the charm out of the corner of her eye, so she knows, but she doesn't need to say anything about it.]

[Arian is very happy for his head pats. Meanwhile, Rokurou isn't surprised, but he does make a slight face and having one of these on again. Killing his dangerously cool look!]

Oh you don't, do you? [Already leaning in, an mischievous smirk already there.] I think I know a way to jog your memory.

[And without any other warning, he just reaches out to her and initiates tickle attack.]

[The cool look for the cute look, she's all right with that. To her, he looks good no matter what!!

His leaning in gets her leaning away because what is he planning to do?! But her question is answered when he starts a terrible, horrible, no good very bad tickle attack on her. How dare?! It's not like Stormquell was chipped or something, it's fine!! Kurogane just went on an adventure with a cute girl, how is that a bad thing!

She really tries to get him to stop, but laughing and trying to pry his hands off of her isn't working very well, so all she can really do is laugh and try. Arian, help her!!!]

[She touched his sword without permission and then hid it somewhere. Not-yet-girlfriend or not, there are lines that even she's not allowed to cross!! And thus, she must be aptly punished.

He'll continue his assault, fingers merciless in their attack as he moves with her, not giving up even an inch. Arian is at first CONFUSED because what is this strange human ritual?? But maybe he can join in on the fun, rubbing his head against them both, wings flapping a bit with some kwehs.

So he's...not exactly helping. Though a few head bumps to his shoulder does make Rokurou laugh to try and swat the bird away. Maybe that's her chance???]

[Arian tried his best, that's what mattered.

Whether or not she touched his sword, one that she'd handled before with a whole heck of a lot of malevolence, this time it was fine. GOSH. It's not like she hasn't handled a sword at all, ever. She didn't cut herself on it or anything!

But she sees her chance when Arian helps her. What a good chocotank! Once she's freed of the daemon's grasp, she'll hide behind the chocobo for good measure.]

[More like he didn't really try at all since he was headbutting them both. Chocobo was a surprise third party!

And it doesn't matter, it's the principle!!! How would she like it if he took one of her treasured items??? Not that he's actually caring all that much, honestly. (Okay. A very tiny bit.)

When Serah takes that chance to hide behind Arian, Rokurou just stands up and brushes himself, a hand on his hip as he grins at her.]

[Arian is just going to watch them very curiously, but Rokurou is going to bribe the bird by giving him his favorite shoulder scratches. Oooh yes he does like those, so that makes him kind of step away from Serah.]

[While she wants to keep distance because he'll tickle her again, she also wants to keep the chocobo between them. So she'll just keep her distance but also stay behind the bird too, without getting too close to Rokurou.]

[Just going to circle around with Arian being a very confused birb. Although Rokurou is now starting to think Serah really has no idea what he's talking about which...would explain a few things. So when she's on Arian's side, he'll just lean his arms over the chocobo's saddle.]

I mean Kurogane—my sword.

Okay, what about your sword? It's not like I had it on me while you came out here, you have it with you now.

[At least she thinks she sees it here... gonna move away from those hands too, NOPE.]

[He's not mad! He's been smiling this entire time—okay smirking for some of it.]

Uh huh. You still took it and hid it though. Rule #1 of a swordsman: never take their sword without permission.

[He says, but he's more amused than anything. So just still grinning as he vaults himself over Arian to land on the other side.

Well, you wouldn't have let me put the charm on it otherwise! So I took it for a few minutes and put it where you'd find it easily, it's not like I took it and ran with it--

[That's illegal, Rokurou, you aren't supposed to just jump over the chocobo barrier! She steps back, more a stumble, and really tries to stay out of reach.]

But in the end it doesn't even matter as he just reaches out to grab her hand and just. Pulls her to him, catching her with his other arm around her waist.]

[Just continues to tease her before his hand moves up to cup her cheek, holding her head in place as he leans in to kiss her.]

[Oh my god Rokurou, this is rude and she's pouting at him through his kiss, despite there being a reciprocated one. When he breaks away, she's still going to be pouting here.]

I thought you were going to tickle me again.

[He can feel that pout and he's trying not to laugh during the kiss, but a chuckle does escape him when she pulls away still pouting.]

Do you want me to?

[Immediately his hands go to her sides, fingertips digging in as if to follow through with it.]

I'll hide it again and I won't feel any regret when I do!

[He just laughs as his hands move to less threatening positions.]

Did you have fun with your little escapade?

Yeah, but now I have to wonder what would have happened if I would have had your sword with me here. Maybe next time that's what I'll do.
