Also, I've decided what I want my next blade to be. It's made of light and can seemingly slice through anything with ease. When it makes contact with an opponent, it's as if the blade itself is straight out of a fire - cauterizing any wound it makes instantly.
[He is indeed surprised by Velvet calling him up, and since he's finally off bedrest, she catches him while he's in the middle of stretching. It's a shame she can't see him because he is in a very comical pose right now.]

That's right. He returned with the most recent new arrivals and came by my cell when he learned I was there.

So there's a moment as he's actually clutching his head because how in the world does that mean the thing actually worked or just coincidence? He's banking on the latter and—he wants to talk about the sword, but— She might actually feel some of the mental anguish and confusion that's going on.

And he already wants to talk about these lightsaber sword things, but this is also important since. ...Well he's actually been asked whether or not there would be a repeat and he tried to be vague in the "Probably, yeah" department. He's also wondering what Velvet's mindset is now.]

[ Considering he's only just finding out about Sync's return now, the answer was absolutely "yeah" that Velvet would continue doing such drastic and potentially deadly risks. Though now that Sync is back and Velvet essentially got what she wanted, she might have changed her mind. So Rokurou is sort of right to ask. ]
Perhaps not an exact repeat but there are still answers I want and I won't find them playing nice.

No, nothing yet. I'm waiting to see what happens in the aftermath of attacking one of them before deciding our next move.

Then we try something else, do some research on what we did learn. Machina is worried about what might happened to the people aligned with an Arehtei if we kill it.
It's a fair a concern, and I had some people point that out, too. Guess that could be something I could ask Thras sometime...but I am thinking the Arehtei might be a dead end.
Personally I'm curious about what could be found in their domains.
I've heard that Arehtei get reborn but whether that's actually true or not is up in the air. It certainly not true for all of them, all of the time. Let me know what Thras says.

I got inside the doors near Elios' over a year ago. He had a bunch of frozen bodies lining the entrance.
Thras had told me that the rebirth cycle is definitely a thing, so not sure what you mean there. [A small pause.] Unless you mean Simpathis. He just said she was missing, but not dead.
But Elios's place sounds...interesting. I'm guessing that was related to the whole freezing everyone so they wouldn't leave thing.
