Really could use a nice bottle of sake right about now... But yeah, they took away my weapons. It'll be a while before I can get them back, though—not until I finish some community service and the doctors are forbidding me from any sword training anyway due to my injuries, so a few weeks to a month.

Since I'm going to be stuck here a while and I'm going to be bored out of my mind, you can just bring me—what did you call them, comics? [Surprise, he doesn't know about this comic thing. Well, not much. He might have heard of them from someone here, but never read any.]

They have all kinds back home. There's ones about superheroes and ones about magic lands and some about video game worlds and robots... there's a whole bunch to read.

It's like a story with pictures.

[ And, deciding to try and show Rokurou what he means through the image function of the amulets, Trunks thinks about various comic covers and insides to try and show the brightly coloured (and sometimes not coloured) images with speech bubbles and stories. ]

Yeah we do, but... How is this different from picture books for kids?

They're not picture books! They have some for adults, too. And sometimes they're thicker and go one for a really long time. So it's not just one book and that's it, the end. There's lots of them that come after it.
